The Essentials
This package is for the couple who knows what they want on their wedding day, but needs some assistance closer to the big day. You did all the planning, and the day is finally here! You’ll need someone to answer questions, keep the timeline and make sure the day looks just how you want it to. We take care of the behind the scenes so you (or your mom) don't have to lift a finger.
Booking for day of coordination takes place at least one month before your big day, with 2-3 meetings before the big day to make sure I have all the details down.
INVESTMENT INCLUDES:
- Day of Timeline, rain plan
- Run Rehearsal
- Select Hours of Wedding Coordination
$50 per hour; 6 hour minimum
- Set up/Break down
- Additional services available upon request
Day of Coordination

PLANNING & DESIGN
Maybe you’re mid planning, just decided you needed some support. No matter where you are in the planning process, I can jump in and assist with whatever you need.
INVESTMENT OPTIONS INCLUDES:
- Vendor recommendations, collaboration with vendors to ensure appropriate design direction
- Day of Timeline, rain plan, layouts
- Set up/Breakdown
- Run Rehearsal
- Selected Hours of Wedding Coordination (6 hour minimum)
- Arrange Bouquet Preservation
Couples typically spend $500-$800 on this option.

With a full service package, I will take care of everything. Think of me as your new best friend! My goal is to make your wedding even better than your dreams, but you won’t even realize you’re planning a wedding.
We'll start by deep diving into your vision, so your wedding can feel like YOU and not just another event.

- Creation of full vision & design board, including colors, fabrics, vibe.
- Creation of full wedding budget and payment reminders throughout
- Selection of and communication with vendors, including but not limited to: caterers, makeup artists, DJs, venue.

- 10 Hours of Wedding Coordination (valued at $500)
- Arrange Bouquet Preservation
Additional Costs Include: Travel Fee, Save the Date/Invitation assembly & addressing, Content Creation
